Richmond Heights, Ohio, recently lost a veteran police officer, K-9 Kubo Casto. Kubo is credited for finding a missing 7-year-old girl and an Alzheimer’s patient, as well as successfully making 13 major criminal apprehensions and arrests during his 10-year career.
