I just completed my first horse portrait…say hello to Merry the 5-year old pony! Her portrait will be framed and wrapped to give as a birthday gift from my boss to his wife.

I began with the eyes, then moved down her muzzle to her nostrils and mouth.
Work continued to ears, then to her mane.
